Service Apartment Issues

20th September 2005

Email#1:

Hi XXX,

Sorry for the late mail.

As per requested through our teleconversation last week, below are the concerns on the apartment:

1) Bad service from the day we reach there. It took us so long to get the guard to open the door.

2) The bed sheet and blankets was not very clean. All of us, especially Matie2 suffered the most, maybe coz she got more sensitive skin compared to us.

3) The master bedroom keys given was not the correct one and it took more than 1 week to duplicate but was promised it would be fixed in 1 or 2 days. When asked again few days later, a bit blur blur already and asked me to follow up myself and chase after the front office staff.

4) The guard can just open the doors for anyone without even contacting us to confirm. On the day Matie2 arrived, she just ask the guard to open the door and the guard didn't even question her much.

5) FYI, even if we counter lock the main door, people can still easily come in. We have locked the door last night as Matie2 didn't inform us of coming in late in the night. She managed to get in the apartment easily by slipping her hand inside to unlock.

Anyway, we did not really complain as we do not want any trouble while staying here.

Generally these comments are merely for yr information but would appreciate if you could reply us on their comments on Points 2, 4 & 5 (especially on security issues). Hopefully to hear from you soon. thanks

Hi XXX,

thank you for your feedback. I have already asked our housekeeping department to clean up the bedsheets and
ensure that the bottom of the bed frames are clean as well.

They have also sprayed some insecticides to ensure that there are no insects around.

As for the security issues, we are investigating the matter. Could you kindly provide me Matie2's (give wrong name - Hahah) arrival date? As for the main door, I have checked to understand that the distance between the window and the main door is quite huge. Apparently, it wouldn't be possible for anyone to slip in their hands to open up the door. Could you kindly elaborate more on how Matie2 managed to do so? For your information, she can always seek the guard's help to open up the door for her.

flight MH0609 delayed. instead of depart from KUL on 23:15 on 18/9/2005, it departed from KUL on 01:45 on 19/9/2005. Reached PPP Service Apt around 03:30. After unlocked the main door. found the latch was locked. So, just simply sneaked my right hand in between the space and surprisingly I was able to unlock the latch from outside. Then, I was into the "house" without disturbing anyone.


NOTE:* After complained, the bedsheets seems cleaner but Matie2 have brought her own blanket, pillow case, etc.. Haha..
Imagine the door is so cacat, any Tom, Dick and Harry can just barge in if they want to. Moreover, the place is full of drunken fellas as it's a pub area, one of the hot night spot.
